Ariel Mercado-Saelee
Clinic Office Manager
Being part of Reliance since 2021, Ariel started as a Front Desk MA, worked her way up to Lead Medical Assistant, and was promoted to our Office Manager in 2022. She also has experience as a dental assistant, CNA, medical billing/coding, and also has a few years of experience in finance working for a private financial group. She always finds her way back into the medical field, and is currently awaiting the start of the Surgical Technology (AAS) program in hopes to land a travel Surg-tech position.

Shannen Velasco
Clinic Admin Assistant
Joining the team as an admin assistant, Shannen previously worked as a junior programmer/web development QA. Although she is new to the medical field, she is eager to learn and hopes to share the technical skills she developed from her last job at this office. Stationed at the check-out desk, she is always ready to lend a helping hand and offer support to both the providers and patients in need.
