Dr. Remeliza N. Tukay, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She achieved national certification in both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She brings 31 years of clinical experiences in managing complicated and critically ill patients. Her experiences include working in Medical, Surgical and Neurological Intensive and Critical Care Units, Labor and Delivery and Women’s Health, Long-term and Sub-acute care, Medical-surgical care, Transitional and Post-hospital Care, Home Health and Hospice Care, and Primary Care/Outpatient care. She is concurrently working at a Primary Care clinic for the past 10 years. She is committed to giving the best patient-centered, exceptional, respectful, and holistic approach to health care, incorporating curative and preventive measures at it's best.
Dr. Tukay has always been passionate about helping people and advancing her education and professional career. While working as a Nurse Practitioner, she completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) under the NNEI Scholarship, graduating with high honors. Utilizing System Redesign concepts, she implemented a Quality Improvement Project in Primary Care to improve Diabetes Mellitus compliance and increase the quality of life among patients. Her professional publication below validates her unwavering support for preventive medicine, health promotion, and disease prevention.

Dr. Jenerie "Jen" Navarrete-Pak

Dr. Jenerie "Jen" Navarrete-Pak is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She is a graduate of Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science for her Masters in Science with a graduate program focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Doctorate degree at Walden University graduating with high honors. She attained national certification in both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
She brings 25 years of clinical experiences in various clinical settings including Primary Care, Outpatient and Urgent Care, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Chest Pain Unit, Long-term and Sub-Acute, Transitional and Post-hospital Care, Home Health and Hospice Care. Her hospital affiliations include Summerlin Hospital, Mountainview Hospital and currently is working at a medical center. She is dedicated to providing seamless, patient centric, high quality and timely care to her patients and their families.
She is passionate in advancing the role of nurse practitioners and improving performance through research and collaborative team effort as exemplified by the QI projects she did and her two publications. She is a graduate of Leadership Development Institute and holds a LEAN SIX SIGMA certification. She is currently the Secretary for Nevada Advance Practice Nurses Association (NAPNA), the only state organization for APRNs whose focused is on improving access to healthcare for all Nevadans and is committed to providing education, legislative representation, and leadership for all APRNs in Nevada.
